Field agents can verify occupancy and meet face to face with delinquent borrowers on behalf of attorneys, government, corporate lenders and creditors who need to provide their customers an opportunity before referring the matter to traditional collection services.

We work for third party’s who hold paper and or whom are lenders. Our field agent / door knocker services are offered to creditors,  lenders, business entities, and governments. We do not assist in collecting debts as field service agents and do not offer our services under any circumstances to anyone or any entity that aims to use our services for the purposes of asserting collection practices.  Melvin and Associates PLLC may have separate contracts for debt collection but do not hold themselves out as debt collectors except under such contracts.
